What's included in a standard recurring clean?
Every visit includes bathrooms (toilet, tub/shower, sink, mirror, floor), kitchen (counters, stovetop, sink, exterior of appliances, floor), full dusting of all reachable surfaces, vacuuming all carpets and rugs, mopping all hard floors, emptying trash, and a quick general tidy. We bring supplies, microfibers, and vacuums.
What's the difference between recurring and deep cleaning?
A deep clean adds about 50–100% more time and includes everything in a recurring clean PLUS baseboards, inside oven, inside fridge, inside microwave, inside cabinets, ceiling fans, vents, light switches, door frames, window sills, blinds, and detail work like grout. We recommend a deep clean as your very first service, then either quarterly or every 6 months.
Do you handle Airbnb / short-term rental turnovers?
Yes — and we love doing it well. Turnovers include linen changes (we use fresh sets you provide on site), restocking essentials (TP, soap, coffee, water), trash, photo-ready staging, and QC photos texted to you when finished. Most successful when we have a fixed turnover window between checkout and check-in.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. We handle move-out and move-in turnovers, vacant property cleanouts, and recurring service for occupied units. We invoice property managers directly, issue COIs, and provide before/after photo documentation for security-deposit disputes.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. NEPA-PRO Clean carries full general liability and bonding coverage. Every cleaner is background-checked. COI and bonding details available on request.
How does billing work?
Recurring services auto-charge per visit on your selected schedule via Stripe — once per week, every two weeks, or once a month. One-time services charge once at booking. You'll always get a receipt. Cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal we send after checkout.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Yes. Text 570-677-7971 at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. We'll skip the charge for that week and pick up on the next one. No penalty.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most recurring customers leave a key in a lockbox or give us a garage/door code. You'll get a text when we arrive and when we leave.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes — all cleaning supplies, microfibers, and vacuums are ours. If you prefer specific products (eco-friendly, fragrance-free, pet-safe) just tell us and we'll use what you provide. No extra charge.
What about pets?
We love pets. Just let us know if they need to stay in a specific room. We never let pets out, and we use pet-safe products on request.
What if something's missed or broken?
Tell us within 24 hours. If something was missed, we come back and re-clean it free. If something was broken, our insurance covers it. We're accountable to a small claim record, not corporate metrics — getting it right matters.
