M&M Cleanse believes everyone should be able to learn about and book our services without barriers. We are committed to making this website accessible to people with disabilities and improving usability for everyone.

What We've Done

• Built the site to WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines as a target standard.
• All images include descriptive alt text.
• Headings, lists, and landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) are properly structured for screen-reader navigation.
• Color contrast meets or exceeds 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text.
• The site is keyboard-navigable end to end. A "skip to main content" link is provided for users who don't use a pointing device.
• Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements.
• The site supports the system prefers-reduced-motion setting — animations and transitions are minimized when that preference is set.
• Works at zoom levels up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
• Compatible with screen readers including VoiceOver (iOS/macOS), TalkBack (Android), JAWS, and NVDA.
• Touch targets meet or exceed the recommended 44×44 pt minimum size.

Known Limitations

We're continuously improving. If you find anything that doesn't work for you, please let us know — we treat accessibility issues as bugs and prioritize them.

In-Person Accessibility

If you need accommodations for an in-person service — for example, a specific scheduling window, a quieter cleaning approach, fragrance-free products, or communication via text only — please tell us when booking. We'll do our best to make it work.
